Welcome to Holli Hawk Transformations. By accessing my website or engaging my services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. This practice is run by a solo practitioner, Holli Hawk, dedicated to heart-centered transformation and personal growth.

I provide heart-centered hypnosis and coaching services designed to support personal development and soul-level healing. Please be aware: while I am a licensed psychotherapist, the services provided through this coaching practice are NOT medical or psychological treatment, substance abuse treatment, or diagnostic healthcare services. This is a wellness-based partnership for transformation.
3. Client Responsibilities and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to participate. You agree to provide honest information and to take full responsibility for your own well-being during and after our sessions.
4. Fees, Payments, and Cancellations
Fees are based on a paid-at-time-of-service model using cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle. Please provide 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee to honor the preparation and time set aside for your session.
5. No Guarantees and Results Disclaimer
While I am committed to supporting your success, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Results vary by individual and depend on personal factors, readiness for change, and follow-through. While hypnosis and coaching are collaborative services; the true power for change lies within you.
6. Confidentiality and Its Limits
Your privacy is sacred. Information shared in our sessions is kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others, child or elder abuse).
7. Online Sessions and Technology
For virtual sessions, we rely on third-party digital platforms. While I use secure tools, I cannot be held responsible for internet outages or security breaches on your device. It is recommended to participate from a private, quiet space with a stable connection.
8. Intellectual Property and Site Use
The content on this website, including logos and written material, is my intellectual property. You may use information on this site for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction or redistribution of content without my written consent is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
Holli Hawk Transformations and Holli Hawk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use my services. You agree to indemnify and hold me harmless from any claims arising from your use of the website or coaching sessions.
